Klassik Chocolat Pécan has long been one of Christophe Michalak’s signature and bestselling creations in Paris. It was the very first dessert Fôu tried at Michalak’s laboratory in the 11ᵉ arrondissement. Out of love and admiration for this gâteau, we decided to feature it as a limited offering on Fôu’s menu—bringing a true Parisian delicacy to Cairo.
